Common "Meow-stions" (FAQs):
"Where is my cat box?"
Remember, Cold Process soap needs a 6-week "nap" (curing time) before it can travel. Check your Shipping Policy for current shipping dates!
"Can I pick up in Wyndham?"
Absolutely! Select "Local Pickup" at checkout. The CEO is in the office Tuesday & Thursday 2-5pm and most Saturdays from 11-3pm only.
"Do you do custom cats?"
Currently, our shaping tools are tuned for the "Original 6," but stay tuned for seasonal "strays" joining the shop soon.

Please note: Pepper is a cat of leisure. While we try to respond to all 'meow-mails' within 48 hours, response times may be delayed if the CEO is currently chasing a sunbeam or in a high-stakes board meeting with a moth.
